طالعتنا الصحف خلال الفترة الاخيرة بجريمة بشعة هزتنى هزا بل أبكت قلوب الاباء قبل الأمهات واشعلت الدم فى عروق الشرفاء .. فقد قام ثلاثة من السفاحين وللاسف ينتمون لجيل الشباب .. باعتراض فتاة تبلغ من العمر 18 سنة وأصطحبوها إلى عمارة تحت الغنشاء بالهرم من أجل اغتصابها إلا أن هذه الفتاة قاومتهم وبشدة ولم تمكنهم من أغتيال شرفها وكرامتها فقاموا بطعنها عدة طعنات بلغت 43 طعنة وفاضت روحها إلى بارئها وماهى إلا سويعات حتى تمكن رجال الشرطة من القبض على أولئك الذين تجردوا من كل القيم الدينية والإنسانية
ومن هنا .. ومن منبرى هذا ومن خلال سلاحى ( قلمى ) والذى لااملك سواه .. اتوجه بالتحية والرحمة لروح هذه الفتاة البريئة والتى آثرت الموت على العيش بدون كرامة وشرف .. فهذه الفتاة إذا هان عليها عرضها وشرفها اصبحت من عداد الذين أختاروا الموت المعنوى فكم من احياء يرزقون ولكنهم موتى ..
تحية إلى روح هذه الفتاة لأنها أيقنت تماما أن الشرف إذا ذهب فلن يعود فى يوم ما فقد ذكر لى احد الحكماء : أن العلم والثروة والتعاسة والشرف قد أجتمعوا يوما فى مكان وقبل أن يغلدروه قال العلم :
من يطلبنى يجدنى فى الجامعة
وقالت الثروة :
وأنا فى ذلك القصر الفخم
وقالت التعاسة :
وأنا فى ذلك الكوخ الحقير
أما الشرف فبقى ساكنا .. فقالوا له :
نحن الآن سنفترق فاين نجدك ؟
فقال :
من يتركنى لايجدنى بعد ذلك ابدا
تحية إلى روح هذه الفتاة التى دافعت عن حق من حقوقها والتى كفلها الإسلام لها ولجميع البشر وأوجب حمايتها وصيانتها وهى .. الحياة وصيانة المال والعرض والحرية والمأوى والتعليم وإبداء الرأى
تحية إلى روح هذه الفتاة التى دافعت عن شرفها وعرضها ونفسها فكتبت لها الشهادة
روى الإمام أحمد والترمذي وأبو داود والنسائي عن سعيد بن زيد واللفظ للترمذي قال:
سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول:
من قتل دون ماله فهو شهيد، ومن قتل دون دينه فهو شهيد، ومن قتل دون دمه فهو شهيد، ومن قتل دون أهله فهو شهيد.
قال الترمذي: هذا حديث حسن صحيح، وبعضه في الصحيحين.
قال العلماء: لأن المؤمن محترم ذاتاً وديناً ومالاً وأهلاً، فإذا اعتدي على شيء من ذلك جاز له الدفع عنه فإذا قتل بسببه فهو شهيد.
ولذا أطالب بإعدام هؤلاء الشباب الذين أرتكبوا هذه الجريمة التى هزت الشعب المصرى باجمعه ليكونوا عبرة لكل من تسول له نفسه الإقدام على أرتكاب مثل هذه الجرائم
وأطالب كل اسرة بالاهتمام والحرص على تنشئة أولادها على تعاليم ديننا السمح وقيمنا المصرية والشرقية الأصيلة لأننا يجب أن نعلم ياسادة أن من كان فى جحر الأفاعى ناشئا غلبت عليه طبائع الثعبان

Tirmidhi a dit: C'est un hadith authentique hasan, et dans la bonne partie.
