في غربلة لأوراقي وجدتُ قصيدة كتبتها باللغة الإنجليزية أحببتُ أن اضعها هنا مع قصيدتي السابقة

Tomorrow and Today

وهذه القصيدة هي ..



If no woman is shown



To do or not to do;
To say or not to say;
With love you have to go;
Or heart will then decay.

Sun shines to give the warmth;
To grow quickly the rose;
That wakes with lovely cloth;
And then to sleep sun goes.

The moon travels to there;
To sing my verse at night;
With him the stars will share;
And play with strings of light.

Could man be a man alone;
If no woman is shown ? !

Nice gasida

the musicality of the gasida is very nice
the images are very nice too
the way you described
the similarity between
the woman and the sun was a great one
"Sun shines to give the warmth;"
woman spread the feeling of warmth in the
man's life just by being in it .
The rhetorical question at the
end doesn't need an answer because
it conveys a massage for the reader
as if you are saying
man cant be without a woman.
